- Horatio House was purchased from a National house builder.
- A vacant parade of 6 no. retail units with residential apartments above. The apartments had been sold but the retail units were suffering from the down turn in the property market and had remained vacant.
- Upon acquisition; a fresh marketing campaign commenced & 2 units were quickly let to a local dentist & a gift shop.
- Due to the town’s ongoing regeneration, we engaged with the Local Authority regarding their requirement for a new library. The North Somerset District Council subsequently acquired the building which now houses the town library within what remained of the vacant retail space.
