A vacant parade of 6 no. retail units with residential apartments above. The apartments had been sold but the retail units were suffering from the down turn in the property market and had remained vacant.
Upon acquisition; a fresh marketing campaign commenced & 2 units were quickly let to a local dentist & a gift shop.
Due to the town’s ongoing regeneration, we engaged with the Local Authority regarding their requirement for a new library. The North Somerset District Council subsequently acquired the building which now houses the town library within what remained of the vacant retail space.
